HH41 has partnered with Milwaukee County Transit System to improve 3 high volume bus shelters in the corridor.
This new design will improve property curb appeal, prevent vandalism and add beautification and branding.

The South 27th Street Business District recognizes that our community is facing challenging times. Families that are in search of access to the basic necessity of food, need supportive action.
In 2020/2021 our Association has scheduled production and delivery of healthy food to local community organizations valuing $25,000.

The HH41 marketing and beautification committee are exploring a classic car garden concept with connectivity to the corridor. This project would add gardens, green space, add to the historic highway element, involve neighborhood groups and local artists as well as serve some history throughout the park about Highway 41.

In May and June of 2017, both Common Council's of Greenfield and Milwaukee adopted the S 27th St Strategic Action Plan.
